Every Person Gets a File¶
Each dossier contains:
- Subject profile — Name, age, nationality, personal history
- Timeline — From custody intake to death, reconstructed from public records
- Medical analysis — Conditions, treatment (or lack thereof), cause of death
- Source documentation — Every claim triple-verified with cited sources
- Confidence assessment — LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH with reasoning
- Pattern identification — Connections to systemic failures

Each dossier uses this structure:
- Executive Summary — Who, what, when, where, why it matters
- Subject Profile — Personal details, background, family
- The Incident — Detailed timeline from public records
- Medical Analysis — Conditions, treatment failures, cause of death
- Facility History — Prior deaths, inspection records, operator
- Source Documentation — Every source cited with URL and access date
- Confidence Assessment — What we know vs. what we're still investigating
- Pattern Connections — How this death connects to systemic failures
Verification standard: Three independent sources for all major claims. Confidence rated LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH.
They had names. They had families. They had lives that mattered.
No one gets erased.
