Purpose¶
This section documents the named officials responsible for policies, decisions, and institutional culture that led to deaths, shootings, beatings, and civil rights violations in ICE/CBP/DHS operations.
Every death documented in our dossiers happened because specific people made specific decisions. This Cabinet names them and connects them to consequences.
Architecture¶
Each official gets a dossier:
- Name, title, appointment history
- Key decisions and statements — sourced, timestamped
- Deaths and injuries connected — causal chain documented
- Lies and contradictions — pre-investigation claims vs. evidence
- Accountability status — consequences (or lack thereof)

- Video evidence documented where available
- Pattern analysis — connecting individual actions to institutional culture
- Confidence levels on all assessments
